The CPFT Board of Directors is made up of executive and non-executive directors, led by a non-executive chair. The Board is responsible for ensuring that the Trust is accountable to the public for the services it manages.

Dr Julie Hankin, Medical Director

Dr Julie Hankin, Medical Director

Dr Hankin is a Consultant Psychiatrist working in general adult services. Prior to moving to CPFT, she was Medical Director in Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust for 6 years. From 2012 to 2014 Julie was the National Professional Advisor for Mental Health for the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and was the clinical lead for the implementation of the new inspection regime. She is a board member of the Mental Health Network of the NHS Confederation and chairs the Mental Health Medical Directors Forum which is hosted by the Confederation.  She is also Honorary Professor in Clinical Leadership at Nottinghamshire University Business School.
