We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to work alongside the Tissue Viability, Bladder and Bowel Service, providing administration support to a countywide service, liaising with clinicians and service users to ensure an effective, efficient and streamlined service.
We can accommodate the successful candidate to be based in an open plan office at Cambourne. If you enjoy variety in your work and wish to be a part of a friendly and dynamic team, then we would love to hear from you.
Contract: Fixed term: 12 months (Monday-Friday)
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Assistant Care Co-ordinator
The job role is to assist the Care Co-ordinator within the Intermediate Care Service who will supervise and support the post holder to ensure referrals are managed in a timely and safe manner
The job is focused on receiving new referrals into the relevant Intermediate Care Service, and assisting to co-ordinate and organise packages of care delivered by the local Intermediate Care Service to support patients living in the community.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week (Service hours are 7am-10pm, shifts within these times including weekend working)

Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation
This role is within the Intermediate Care Service – Inpatient rehabilitation (pathway two) where you will work within a multidisciplinary team to rehabilitate patients in an inpatient rehabilitation ward setting. You will have the opportunity to follow-up patients in their own homes following discharge and to support colleagues within the community based intermediate care teams (pathway one).

Multi-skilled Trainer
We are looking for someone to join our Mandatory and Essential Skills Training team who is interested in supporting healthcare staff with the practical hands-on skills that they require to be safe and effective in their roles. While we are looking for someone who has some experience of teaching or training, this role does not necessarily require a background in education as you will be working with an established team, and full training will be provided for specific training delivery. It would suit someone who is looking for a varied and interesting training and development role that directly supports delivery of healthcare services.

We are looking for an experienced occupational therapist to provide specialist assessments and treatments as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions using evidence based/best practice; we use the Model of Human Occupation which guides our practice. Input will be delivered on an individual or group basis using meaningful graded activity to achieve occupational goals.

Memory Assessment Service Team Leader
We are offering an exciting opportunity to be the lead for Huntingdon, Peterborough and Fenland MAS that currently delivers assessment for dementia diagnosis using home visits, clinic attendance and by exception remote technology. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills to enable the services to flex with the changing requirements of offering dementia diagnosis and post diagnostic support. The Service model is closely aligned with MSNAP principles and has a high volume of referrals.
