Mood Juice is a site designed to offer information and advice to those experiencing troublesome thoughts, feelings and actions. From the site you are able to print off various self help guides covering conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic and sleep problems.

Long-term condition information
NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Talking Therapies provides psychological therapy that recognises the difficulties for some patients with long-term physical health conditions including COPD, diabetes and cardiac disease including heart failure.
