Do you know someone who has gone above and beyond to help you? Do they deserve special recognition with a CPFT PRIDE Award?
You can nominate any individual or team whose work reflects the Trusts' values of Professionalism, Respect, Innovation, Dignity, or Empowerment.
Award winners will receive an invitation to an online ceremony and get one of five PRIDE badges.
