Legal issues: The legal framework
Our service model adheres to the NICE guidelines (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) for the management of Eating Disorders (2004). The guidelines can be found here. An initial Care Programme Approach (CPA) meeting is organised after admission and discharge planning commences from this time. Relapse prevention is a core feature of our programme.
